Design Statement: Minyama House is a contemporary, expansive family residence designed to capture views of the adjoining canal. The interior layout is strategically arranged to maximise sightlines and create a seamless connection to the waterfront. Designed for entertaining, gatherings, and quality family time, the home features a generous outdoor living area that extends to the water’s edge. This space is equipped with a luxurious pool, a spacious deck, a dedicated boat store, and a fully integrated BBQ area, providing a balance of relaxation and functionality
